When Tom Brokow wrote the books about the greatest generation, he conentrated on the war heros. The other, equally important heros, where the women who stayed home. Not just Rosie the Riviter, but Mildred the Mother. The mother who sacrificed for the children who's dad was in the war or working elsewhere. There were lots of these women who did the laundry using a washboard in the bathtub. Women who worked outside the home and then worked at home, taking charge and doing everything necessary to the keep the family together.

My Aunt Mildred was just such woman. Yesterday, November 10, was her 91 birthday.
I hope you had a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT MILDRED!!!!!! X O X O

I hope and pray that each and every day for the rest of your life is filled with love and happiness!
